The fund invests in the construction of a brand-new, multifunctional district—BRIXX Brno. The project fully utilizes the potential of the western suburbs of Brno, dividing the area into several zones, each of which has a specific use. More than 400 new flats, housing for students, offices, cafes and restaurants, as well as a private polyclinic for specialised medical fields, will be built here.
