Pavel has 30 years of experience in the financial sector, primarily in senior leadership roles across banking and investments. At ČSOB, he initially led the Credit Administration and Branch Legal Support Department, and later headed the Financial Institutions segment, where he developed the bank’s relationships with health insurance companies, securities brokers, investment companies, pension funds, and foreign banks. Between 2010 and 2021, as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., he was responsible for the company’s management and growth; under his leadership, AVANT became a market leader in funds for qualified investors in the Czech Republic. In 2025, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of FAMILY ACE investiční společnost, a.s.
